The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

Along with meeting our compliance obligations, these reports help organisations to understand their current state of gender equality, identify areas for improvement, and track their progress over time.

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act) The Mutual Bank lodged its annual public report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (Agency) on 30 May 2024.

Public Report Questionnaire

The Questionnaire is an online survey that forms one of three components submitted annually to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). It collects information about The Mutual Bank’s efforts and actions toward gender equality.
